Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Pipit app (“Pipit” or the “App”) and the meetpipit.com website (the “Site”). By using the App or Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Pipit is provided by fikamore limited (“we,” “us,” “our”).

2. Eligibility

Pipit is rated 4+ on the App Store. If you are not old enough to agree to these Terms where you live, a parent or guardian must agree for you.

3. Using Pipit

You may use Pipit for personal, lawful purposes. Do not misuse the App or attempt to interfere with its normal operation.

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Pipit offers an optional subscription (“Super Pipit”) through Apple’s in-app purchase system.

  • Plans: Monthly and Yearly.

  • Free trial: The Yearly plan may include a 7-day free trial. The Monthly plan does not include a trial.

  • Billing: Payment is processed by Apple. We do not collect or store your payment details.

  • Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel through your Apple Account settings.

  • Canceling: Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

  • Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple, not by us.

  • Pricing changes: Pricing may change over time. If you already subscribe, Apple’s rules govern how changes are applied and whether you must confirm them.

  • Free features stay free: Pipit’s core features are intended to remain free.

5. Data and Privacy

Pipit is designed so your relationship data stays on your devices. If you enable iCloud sync, Apple stores and syncs your data through your Apple account. We do not run our own servers to store your Pipit content.

6. As-Is + Liability

Pipit and the Site are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill. If a court finds we are liable anyway, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Pipit (through Apple) in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
